Work with the person who has the problem
No chain of handoffs. I talk to whoever owns the outcome, and the decisions stay close to the people they affect.
Ship a working version early
A rough version you can use beats a polished plan you cannot. Real feedback decides what gets polished.
Make the failure modes boring
Prices that cannot drift, requests that cannot double book, payment pages that never ask for your bank login. The unglamorous part is the part clients feel.
Now
I run Avenric Labs, where the next thing is Agent Revenue OS. It launches soon, and that is all I will say for now.
